We only ordered vegetarian dishes but all of them were excellent. Very clean, healthy, and delicious food. Unique ingredients that won't find in most places. We loved the Forbidden Rice bowl and Mother Earth bowl. We also got 3 sides and all were excellent. Chocolate pudding is delicious too. Recommend this to any vegetarians looking for multiple healthy options. Portions are slightly smaller but it's still great value due to the rare ingredients used.

Flower Child is such a great spot for a fresh and delicious meal. Everything tastes high quality, and the menu has something for everyone. My go-to order is the Rebel Wrap with a side of mac and cheese—it never disappoints! The restaurant has a bright, welcoming atmosphere, and the staff is always kind. Definitely a place I’d recommend if you’re in Boulder. I usually order online btw to skip the line and wait (if there is one).

If I was the owner I would want to know this. I have been twice in the last week as a new customer. The first day was unbelievable. I thought this would be my new favorite place. I came back tonight and had such a different experience. It honestly has to be the chefs because I got the same order but the food was very different.. worst of all the chicken tonight 7/20/26 was quite pink, one piece I had to just throw out because it was fully pink in the middle. The chicken I got tonight was cut completely differently than the chicken I see on all flower child videos and the chicken I got the first time. I was bummed that it was cut differently and it wasn't as good. Even the side salad was PERFECTLY dressed the first time and I was so impressed. I came back craving it..but whoever made it tonight just threw the dressing on top and it was totally disappointing. I got the same meal both nights with a few extra sides to try tonight. Both nights gave a very different experience and that is not what you want at a restaurant! I honestly don't think I will be back after the very pink chicken. For the money I expect good flavor and I tried some new sides that just fell so flat. The sweet po

Total ripoff. A few pieces of chicken and two sides almost $20. Get outta here. Cauli risotto was a joke. Undercooked and not creamy. Chicken had zero sauce, dry. Lentil quinoa mix had zero flavor. Cmon. Add some salt, pepper, garlic, olive oil. Kale salad was soaked in a lemon dressing. Was like eating a lemon with a side of kale. You’re a bowl place. It shouldn’t be this difficult

I order the bowl specifically because it technically contains mushrooms, let me know if you find fhem. I politely asked to the waiter, she insisted that there’s some mushrooms in there. I think i don’t took my glasses today. Lucky my my taste it’s fine, and i can confirm that the sweet potatoes are cold.
